Motor dual-task training boosts balance and gait in elderly women.
The study aimed to see how motor dual-task balance training affects balance and walking in elderly women. Thirty women were split into two groups, with one doing the special training and the other doing regular balance exercises. The results showed that the group doing the motor dual-task training had better improvements in balance and walking compared to the group doing regular exercises. This suggests that this type of training can be more effective for improving balance and gait in elderly women.
