The study compared aerobic and core stability exercises to see which is better for improving balance in older men. They tested 30 men aged 60-70 with different exercises over 6 weeks. Both types of exercises improved balance, but aerobic exercises were more effective for dynamic balance. Static balance was improved by both types of exercises equally. Overall, both aerobic and core stability exercises can help older men improve their balance.
