The study looked at water access and quality in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. Most families have access to public water, with some relying on buying water or rain-fed cisterns. In the West Bank, 88% of households have good water quality, compared to only 13% in the Gaza Strip. Water-related diseases are more common in the Gaza Strip due to poorer water quality.
