The study focuses on using waste coal fines to create a coal-water slurry fuel, which can help reduce environmental impact. By blending clean coal with recovered coal fines, a fuel with desired combustion properties can be produced. The coal blend consists of 85% clean coal and 15% recovered coal fines, prepared at 60% solids with specific viscosity and particle size. The analysis shows that this coal-water slurry fuel has suitable combustion characteristics for industry use.
