Perceived value and food safety concern drive organic food purchases!
The study looked at how people decide to buy organic food in Solo. They found that how much people value organic food and how concerned they are about its safety affect whether they will buy it. People's attitudes also play a big role in their decision to buy organic food. The researchers surveyed 181 people and used a method called Structural Equation Modeling to analyze the data. They discovered that people's attitudes mediate their intention to buy organic food. The study also discussed limitations and implications for future research. Key factors influencing purchase intention were perceived value, food safety concern, consumer attitude, and purchase intention.
