The study looked at how organizational change, culture, and politics affect organizational learning in different sectors in Pakistan. They surveyed 264 people and found that these factors have a positive impact on organizational learning. This means that when organizations go through changes, have a strong culture, and manage politics well, they are more likely to learn and improve.
