The article explores the issue of Internet neutrality in South Korea by looking at the different opinions of those involved. It analyzes how various groups are impacted by decisions related to Internet neutrality. The study uses statistics to identify key factors influencing the debate and differences between people on different sides. The research shows that Internet neutrality is a complex issue with many different perspectives. The findings suggest a model for governing Internet neutrality in Korea based on previous work by Strover.
