Supply Chain Management is analyzed using Cooperative Game Theory in this paper. The researchers show how this theory can be used to study cooperation in supply chains. The success of cooperation in supply chains depends on stability. Cooperative Game Theory helps in analyzing this cooperation, with the Shapley-Value used to allocate profits among partners. The Myerson-Value considers the structure of the game when deciding on allocation rules. Overall, Cooperative Game Theory can be a useful tool in Supply Chain Management for creating fair profit allocations.
