Female Medical Students Suffer More Intense Test Anxiety, Need Support.
The study looked at test anxiety in medical students. They found that most students have moderate test anxiety, with female students experiencing more intense symptoms than males. Third-year students had the highest anxiety levels, while fourth-year students had the lowest. There was no significant difference in anxiety levels between students who repeated a year and those who didn't. The study suggests that many medical students need help and support with their test anxiety.
