It explores the historical link between logistics and city development, explains logistics concepts, and emphasizes the importance of logistics infrastructure planning. The paper outlines three key stages of logistics planning: establishing large-scale logistics facilities, optimizing road networks, and planning logistics districts, involving both public and private sectors.
