Private sector outshines public sector in knowledge management practices in India.
The article explores how knowledge management (KM) practices differ between public and private sector organizations in India. Private sector organizations perform better in all dimensions of KM, but there is still room for improvement. The study used a sample of 16 organizations and found that private sector organizations have higher scores on process, leadership, technology, culture, and measurement. The findings suggest that both sectors can benefit from adopting KM practices to enhance performance.
