Bighead carp were stocked at different densities in catfish ponds to see how it affected their growth and yield. The study found that stocking bighead carp at medium density resulted in the highest yields. However, they did not reach the minimum market size in the first year. The growth and yield of catfish were not affected by the bighead carp stocking densities. Overall, stocking fingerling bighead carp at medium density in catfish ponds is the most economically feasible option.
