The article explores how to fairly divide costs in a three-party transport alliance using game theory. By comparing different methods, it was found that the Shapley value method reflects each party's contribution, but may not always lead to a stable alliance. On the other hand, the nucleolus method ensures a fair distribution of costs among all participants, leading to a more stable operation of the alliance.
