Revolutionizing design process: Two models uncovered for interactive systems creation
Designers were interviewed about how they design interactive systems. They talked about their design process, how they create user interfaces, and their strategies for coming up with ideas. Two models of the design process were identified. The type of user testing and idea generation strategies used by designers were also discussed.
