Rabbit Embryos Thrive in Peritoneal Fluid, Offering Potential Fertility Breakthrough
Rabbit embryos grew better in rabbit peritoneal fluid compared to a standard solution with fetal calf serum. The fluid helped embryos develop more cells and become blastocysts faster. Using different parts of the fluid affected embryo growth differently, with the high molecular mass fraction being the most beneficial. The interaction of different components in the fluid is important for the best development of rabbit embryos.
