A new method called GEEFDEA was developed to evaluate decision-making units with fixed-sum outputs. This method improves on previous approaches by not requiring a specific evaluation order, simplifying the process for large numbers of units, and allowing for different adjustments in output signs. The GEEFDEA approach was applied to the 2012 London Olympic Games dataset, showing its practical usefulness in real-world scenarios.
