The article compares nine different methods for estimating the location and scale parameters of a Weibull distribution. The goal is to find the most accurate method for different shapes and sample sizes. The methods include maximum likelihood, moment, spacing, modified maximum likelihood, least-squares, weighted least-squares, and percentile estimators. The study evaluates these methods in terms of bias and efficiency through simulations.
