New Light Discovery Boosts Plant Growth Fourfold - Game Changer!
The researchers studied how different colors of light affect the amount of phytochrome in mung bean hooks. They found that red light alone didn't change phytochrome levels much, but far-red light at 710 nm and 750-760 nm increased phytochrome content by four times. This increase in phytochrome required both light and dark processes to happen.
