The article discusses how companies in Mauritius face challenges with integrating their ERP systems. The researchers conducted a survey to identify these issues and analyzed current integration methods. They then proposed a new methodology and framework to address business process and data integration problems. The new approach was tested with Navision ERP in four scenarios, aiming to improve ERP integration for companies in Mauritius.
