The article presents a new way to calculate the exact distribution of the Kruskal-Wallis test, a method for comparing multiple groups of data. This new algorithm helps to accurately determine the null distribution of the test, which is important for comparing different approximation methods. The study also identifies why exact and approximate distributions may differ, providing a helpful tool for teaching about the Kruskal-Wallis test in undergraduate courses.
