The relational model for databases struggles with handling uncertain data, which is common in real-world situations. Existing methods for dealing with uncertainty in relational databases have limitations. This paper introduces a new way to extend the relational model by revising its structure and expanding the relational algebra. The extended algebra is proven to be a consistent and improved version of the traditional relational algebra.
