The study compared different ways to freeze sheep embryos made in a lab or naturally. They used various mixtures of chemicals to freeze the embryos and then thawed them in different ways. After transferring the embryos into female sheep, they found that all freezing methods had similar success rates in producing pregnancies and lambs.
