The article explores combining traditional and agile methods for prioritizing project requirements to get the best of both worlds. Through simulations, it was found that a mixed strategy works best in most cases, even outperforming pure agile and plan-based approaches. Two mixed strategies were introduced - one simple and one more complex - with guidelines for implementation. The research suggests that a mixed approach is most effective overall, especially in uncertain or changing project environments.
