Resistance to gender training in policy-making processes is a big challenge. This article looks at different types of resistance that come up during gender training. By understanding this resistance, we can figure out what problems exist in implementing gender mainstreaming. The researchers used data from training sessions and discussions in two European projects. They found that analyzing resistance to gender training can help identify issues and improve how gender mainstreaming is done.
