The article discusses the importance of European countries managing national minorities and promoting social values of acceptance and cooperation. Education should focus on understanding and building partnerships between minority and majority groups. Different levels of analysis are needed, including demographic, legislative, cultural, and linguistic aspects. An intercultural education system is necessary to include minority characteristics in school curricula.
