The article shows that dealing with both types of uncertainties in a linear system is the same as dealing with just one type. By treating nonparametric uncertainty as a made-up linear parameter, the problem becomes simpler. This method works well for systems with different kinds of uncertainties, making testing easier. It also helps in calculating certain properties for systems with uncertainties.
