The article introduces a new system called the scheme producing and evaluation system for the hall for workshop of metasynthetic engineering (HWME). This system helps experts in HWME to automatically create and assess schemes by combining human expertise with computer capabilities. The system has three main parts: a framework for experts to outline scheme content, a model for experts to write content which the computer then combines into potential schemes, and a model to evaluate these schemes to find the best one. The experiments show that this system is effective for experts in HWME to solve complex problems and make decisions.
