The report describes different types of farming systems in the northern cropping region of NSW. It includes detailed budgets for six farming systems based on specific characteristics of the area. The budgets consider both the technical aspects of farming and the financial aspects, allowing for analysis of different technologies and management strategies. The study compared different crop rotations in six sub-regions of northern NSW to see which ones were most effective.
