Boosting Fish Growth with Special Diet Leads to Higher Yields
The study looked at how different feeding methods affected the growth and body composition of three types of Indian major carps. They used a special diet with 35% protein and compared it to a regular diet. The results showed that all three fish species grew better with the special diet compared to the regular one. There wasn't much difference in growth between the species or between the feeding methods. Overall, the fish did well when raised alone with the special diet, showing better growth compared to when they were raised together. The body composition and mineral content of the fish didn't change much between the different feeding methods or fish species.
