The study looked at how profitable it is to process and sell rice in Uzouwani, Nigeria. They surveyed 60 people and found that selling regular white rice is the most common. The profit made from processing and selling rice was N235,600.00, showing that it's a money-making venture. For every N1 invested, they got back N2. However, challenges like lack of money, bad roads, and little help from experts make it harder.
