The article presents a new method for automatically separating objects from blurry backgrounds in photos with low depth of field. By using a special image analysis technique, the researchers were able to accurately identify focused objects and defocused areas. This method outperformed other existing techniques in accurately segmenting objects in images with low depth of field.
