New Study Reveals Link Between Worry and OCD Symptoms
The study looked at how worry and obsessive thoughts are related in people with OCD, anxiety, and those without any mental health issues. They found that the Padua Inventory (PI) scores were linked to worry levels. The PI could tell the difference between OCD and anxiety patients compared to normal people, but couldn't distinguish between OCD and anxiety patients. However, when worry levels were taken into account, the PI could differentiate between OCD and anxiety patients.
