Wind power is growing rapidly in Shandong province, China, due to the Renewable Energy Law. The study examines the challenges of integrating wind power into the existing grid, such as peak and frequency regulation, voltage control, and grid stability. Problems arise from technical rules, coordination issues, and inadequate tools for wind power management. Suggestions include improving policies, enhancing coordination between power sources and the grid, and upgrading technical systems in wind farms. These measures aim to guide the successful integration and operation of wind power in the region.
