Traffic congestion is a big problem for many people during rush hour. Scientists studied how giving travelers information about traffic affects the routes they choose. They looked at real data from a busy network in the Netherlands. They found that the type and timing of the information given to travelers can change the routes they pick. This study helps us understand how people make decisions about which way to go when they're driving.
