The scientists combined two computer models to study regional climate in Northeast Asia. They linked a large-scale model with a smaller one to better understand temperature and rainfall patterns. By doing this, they were able to simulate weather events over the Korean Peninsula. The results showed that this method can accurately predict climate changes in the region over time.
