The study looked at how German companies manage their real estate assets. Most companies are not managing their real estate well, even though it's valuable and costly. Many German firms have not caught on to the trend of actively managing their real estate like other countries. However, some companies are starting to see real estate management as an important part of their business that needs a more organized approach.
