Creating a Culture of Learning Boosts Knowledge Sharing in Organizations
The study looked at how the culture of a learning organization, employees' commitment to their organization, and their helpful behaviors at work influence their willingness to share knowledge. They found that a culture that values learning is linked to stronger commitment, better behavior, and a greater intention to share knowledge among employees. The study also showed that when employees are committed to their organization, they are more likely to engage in helpful behaviors, which in turn leads to a greater willingness to share knowledge.
