The article identifies and assesses intercultural competence as a student outcome of internationalization. A group of experts agreed on elements of intercultural competence and assessment methods. Both experts and administrators believe intercultural competence can be measured using a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods like interviews and observation. The study presents two models of intercultural competence based on their findings.
