The study looked at how corporate social responsibility (CSR) affects the sustainability of transportation companies. They found that CSR practices like fair operations, labor practices, and environmental responsibility positively impact sustainability. However, economic development and human rights don't have a significant effect, and human rights can even harm sustainability. To improve sustainability, transportation companies should focus on enhancing their CSR efforts, implementing CSR gradually, and prioritizing certain CSR practices.
