The article explores how long online posts about drug abuse stay popular on social networks. By studying the lifespan and popularity of these posts, researchers can detect potential drug abusers and prevent crime. They created a model to track how often comments are made on posts, which helps determine their popularity. The study tested this model on two popular social networks in Hong Kong, HK Discussion and Twitter, and found it effective in measuring post popularity.
