Sunflower crops resistant to herbicides boost yields for farmers worldwide
The study aimed to assess sunflower genotypes resistant to herbicides for their adaptability and stability in second crop cultivation. Tests were carried out in multiple locations over two years. Different methods were used to analyze adaptability and stability, with similar results. The ALBISOL 20CL genotype showed general adaptability for oil yield, while the HLA 211CL genotype had specific adaptability for grain and oil yield in favorable environments. The ALBISOL 20CL genotype was also indicated for favorable environments for grain yield. Both genotypes showed tolerable stability.
