The article analyzes how real estate is registered in Slovenia. It looks at the laws and processes involved in land administration, focusing on land cadastre, building cadastre, and land registry. The researchers studied public real estate registration and how to access this information. They then analyzed data from the public registry for a case study on a company's real estate. The findings show that the data in the public registry is consistent for plots, buildings, and parts of buildings.
