The goal of the study was to analyze soil moisture levels in Farahan plain using geostatistical methods. Researchers collected soil samples, determined soil saturated moisture, and created interpolation maps using ArcGIS software. The best model for estimating soil saturated moisture was found to be the Spherical model, showing higher moisture levels in the west-north to east-south direction compared to the east-north to south-west direction.
