The Indian stock market returns were studied to see if they follow a random walk pattern. Data from the National Stock Exchange website was used for the analysis. The results show that stock market returns in India are not significantly different from zero, supporting the idea that stock prices move randomly. This suggests that the Indian stock market is efficient and behaves like a random walk.
