The article introduces a new method to measure the environmental impacts of economic activities in South Africa. By using available environmental data, the proposed framework can assess how these activities affect air, water, land, and mined resources. This method aims to provide decision-makers with a clearer understanding of the environmental consequences of their actions, helping them make more informed choices.
