In this article, the focus is on finding new, creative ways to manage land ownership and use more effectively. Land administration—keeping track of who owns what land and how it's being used—is crucial for things like secure ownership, planning, and managing resources. While traditional methods like surveys and legal processes are important, this study explores different, out-of-the-box ideas suggested by land registrars and surveyors that could help countries develop better land management systems using land registers and surveys. By thinking beyond the usual approaches, it's possible to improve how land is controlled and used in line with government policies.
