Cultar was used to make mango trees flower more and produce better fruit in the off year. Applying Cultar to the soil at 5 grams per tree was the most effective method. It led to more flowering shoots, improved fruit set, and more fruit staying on the tree. The best fruit yield in the off year came from using 5 grams of Cultar per tree, followed by 10 grams. The fruit quality also got better with Cultar soil treatment.
