The study on genetic variability in mungbean found that there is a wide range of differences in plant height, clusters per plant, pods per plant, grain yield, and 100 grain weight. The most variable traits were pods per plant and 100 grain weight. Traits like clusters per plant, pods per plant, grain yield, and 100 grain weight can be improved through selection because they have high heritability and genetic advance.
