Boosting Wheat Yields with Integrated Nitrogen Management for Sustainable Agriculture
An experiment was done to see how different types of nitrogen fertilizers affect wheat growth and yield. They used biofertilizers, organic fertilizer, and chemical nitrogen at different levels, both alone and combined. The best results came from using a mix of all three types of fertilizers. Wheat plants were tallest and had the highest yields when given 50 kg of nitrogen along with Azospirillum bacteria and organic fertilizer. The most nitrogen was taken up by the plants when they were given 150 kg of nitrogen. Mixing organic and biofertilizers with nitrogen helped the wheat plants grow better and produce more seeds and stems.
