A study was done to see how different ways of controlling weeds affect the growth and yield of greengram plants. The best method was found to be keeping the plants weed-free by hand weeding twice. This method resulted in the highest plant growth, number of pods, and seed yield. Using a combination of herbicides also showed good results, with one particular combination giving high profits and a good cost-benefit ratio. Overall, keeping weeds under control led to better growth and higher yields for greengram plants.
